How about a paranormal board?

How about a paranormal board? A board for ghosts, ufos and other paranormal stuff. I think /x/ would be a good name for it.

I very much doubt there's enough interest to support a paranormal board. Think of it this way: 4chan used to have a Guro board and a Train board. Now, there's a LOT of guro artwork out there. Tons of it! But when it came time to add new boards and remove vacant ones, Guro got the axe. Why? Because Train was getting more traffic than Guro, and Train got nixed.

For a new imageboard to be viable for 4chan, there must be a.) image material available, and b.) users to support it. Guro had a, but lacked b. /x/ probably wouldn't have a OR b. I suggest asking at some of the other -chans, because extremely-niche boards just don't last long here.

7chan's /x/ board is EXTREMELY popular. Probably the most popular board after /b/! I doubt Moot would have any interest in adding more boards to 4chan though, since he already has enough bandwidth problems as it is.
