Why the hell is everyone so damn obsessed with Rapidshare when it's the worst possible upload site in existence?! Whey don't they try places like Sendspace or Megaupload?!!! Where you can actually use a download manager!!!???!!!

Those damn rapidshare bastards have made their bloody downloads so inconvienant that I don't even bother downloading anything that's on rapidshare anymore! 90% of the time(excluding the times someone's using the same proxy server(ISP)(I don't use other proxies because that just slows down the dload speed to practically nothing) and other people downloading past the limit for that proxy) I can't even download the crap they supply because of those damn java countdowns and verifications! Everytime I wait for the damn coutdown to finish then type in the verification and it keeps giving me the 'download ticket invalid - please click here' I have to try it a bazillion times before the damn thing goes through and it actually sends me the file, and then! When I actually download the file and my connection breaks for some inexplicable reason I have to start all over again!

Inertia. Even if other sites are better (and they are), rapidshare is VASTLY* more popular. People know rapidshare, they may not know there are alternatives.
