How do I get unbanned, or appeal my case?

I got banned for posting a picture off of a site given to me from someone on /b/ of one of the more popular of those chan girls.  I, by looking at her, had no idea she was underage.  How do I appeal this to the admins because this is not even my computer/IP address?  I'd appreciate any help I can get.
