Configuring futallaby

Hay there, I just set up a Futallaby-based imageboard and don't know how to configure it beyond simple edits in config.php and editing the CSS. I know this will sound horridly n00bish, but how do I sticky threads, b& users, configure an auto-delete function like /b/'s one-hour rule and so forth?

auto-delete? there already is one, but the one on the futallaby is different from yotsuba

Why the fuck would you want to use futallaby? Get with the times: futallaby is a dead relic.
