Had an idea: Create a imageboard system (Edit wakaba?) so that boards only exist when they have posts, and are created as soon as they get posts.
Much like how IRC servers "create" channels when people join them.
So the imageboard host would only supply the storage+bandwidth for the images, and the users would supply the boards and the images.
This'd mean that instead of generic boards like /d/ for "alternative hentai", you'd get a dickgirl board, a tentacle board, a BBW board, a feet board...
You might want to implement time limits on images too. Like if an image isn't deleted by being scrolled off the board in a week, delete it anyway. Otherwise you'd end up with a few boards with no more posters, just taking up storage space.
