size listing requirement for torrents

I'd like to see a bit more clarity on the /t/ board, far too many torrent links are toted as "small", which is a relative term, what's small for Cable is gigantic for dialup.
This is just requesting a rules amendment that requires file size be posted with any torrent link.

Nobody on /t/ uses dialup; so they really don't care.
