Honestly? first off, having the stats load in the side-bar is gay. If you're going to have a statistic page (and it's a good idea) either figure out how to have it load on the main frame or have it linked to from the main frame.
Good luck getting funding with Not4Chan listed on your sidebar there.
Other than that, and the cat board, it seems like Yet Another Pointless 4chan Knock-off. This isn't necessarily a bad thing; but you don't seem to have any target demographic (eg trolls, stoners, furries...to list the more successful chan knock-offs) I don't think your board will really take off.

I started a wiki called the "Rape My Wiki". As for not4chan being linked, I plan to link all the different imageboards into the sidebar making it more like overchan. The counter is located in the sidebar because it is less likely to be refreshed by a repeat user. this gives me a more accurate reading on unique visitors.
