The bill _does_ include new record keeping requirements, but since when do they apply to free internet sites? I believe it only applies to "interstate commerce", however, I can see why this would cause panic, as the US government tends to widely interpret things for their own purposes. Fuck... how many months will it be this time until the unconstitutionality of parts this law are called out? Maybe years? I'm growing tired of living here.
