It it amazing the number of doctors of pyschology and telepaths and loli haters we have here. And supposed lawyers too for that matter.
.
One thing I have noticed is that throughout the modern history of mankind and governments in the last 100 years or so, the more the "majority" of people or governments have tried to ban or supress something because it did not want to understand it or wanted to exert its total control over, the more invasive, evasive and prevelant and exploited that thing has become.
Take alcohol for instance. The United States enacted a prohibition against all forms of alcohol as a "safety and health" measure for its citizens. But the harder that the US fought to supress or stop people from enjoying a drink or two, the more people found ways to subvert or import thier favored drink of choice from either bootleggers, moonshiners or international brewers and wineries. (The US never did win on that front).
.
Take the drug trade. Rather than trying to understand what it is that leads people to want to try or use drugs in the first place and educate the people about it, a lot of countries only saw the after-effects of drugs and have therefore tried to halt its sale and production with stiff penalties and jail sentences; to little avail. The only thing that has happened is that drug manufacturers went underground and started to refine thier trade, thier product, and the ways in which it circumvents countries from stopping it. And notably though most countries like to purport major seizures and drug bust; crippling the drug trade in various localities they say, all they've really done is driven up the price of the product and made it look more economically profitable to those who would of otherwise not of dabled in the trade in the first place. Can anyone say Crystal Meth? The current favored drug of choice?

Now we have the topic of lolicon on the internet. We have lots of people on both sides of the fence as well as quite a few sitting on the middle of it debating its positives and negatives as it pertains to the effects it has on the human being and society at large. Who's more right? That's not for just me or just you to decide. We are all allowed to have and voice our opinions on it, but thats all. I've noticed that people love to throw bits and chunks of case law in thier arguments that pertain to thier angle on the issue but almost no one really wants to study or understand the human condition towards the imagery of drawn lolicon; just supress or deny it as a whole (as if thats all it will take to make it go away. Its like closing your eyes to the tornado thats bearing down on you. Just because you want to deny that its there and coming at you doesn't mean it just up and disappear on you.)
I've also noticed that a lot of you love lumping the naturist and nudist condition in with those you call pedophiles. And being a nudist myself, I'd just like to make clear that the photography, possesion and drawn imagery of nude children does NOT make one a pedophile. The only way pedophilia starts to come into play is if the said imagery (real, imagined or drawn) has the "children" involved in sexually implicit and explicit positions; Purposful open displays of sexuality that is meant to draw the viewer ,subjectively or objectively, into first looking at the genitilia of the subject (oral/manual/sexual stimulation of the genetilia). Real images of this type of Child Porn is illegal in most countries of the world. Drawn imagery how-ever is still a contested topic for debate on a country to country basis. Some view it as artisism and not CP as not actual live or dead individuals are involved where as others like to lump it in with a larger brush as being CP and therefore illegal not matter if real individuals were involved or not. As I said, its a topic for debate.
.
But all this is just one persons view point. Take issue with it if you like. Its your right. But remember that I'll view your comments in the same light as I post mine in.
