I offer a conceding opinion for the case of loli

Summary of opinion:  Loli isn't the issue I argue for.  I argue for possible implications of abuse of power that may lead from the precedents set by prosecuting people who consume loli.

In summary of both sides:

Against loli (loli as defined as pornography involving the implicit or blatant depiction of exceedingly (the definition of exceedingly up for debate) youthful individual(s)):  Depiction, whether realistic or symbolic of individuals of exceedingly youthful appearance or age promotes criminal (Criminal as defined as an act, either blatant, implied, or otherwise symbolic against legally enacted legislation currently implemented, including legally enacted legislation not currently implemented) behavior.

For loli position 1:  Loli is not criminal, as defined above.
For loli position 2:  Access to loli inhibits criminal behavior

Arguing opinion against "Against loli" position :  It can easily be argued that loli is criminal, as set by federal judicial precedent.  It is also easily evident that loli is socially unacceptable to important Western powers (important Western powers as defined as the United States and allies of said nation that openly support its position on loli).  The argument on whether or not it's wrong can be debated.  What my opinion of what's wrong, however, has nothing to do with pornography.  I believe that enacting action against those who are predisposed to a certain thought is wrong.  It can be right in cases where a blatant act is proven beyond a reasonable doubt (As defined as being greater than 90% supportive of said case) where individual(s) poses a threat.  This cannot be proven in the case of all individuals who are predisposed to approving of loli and/or consuming it (Which shall called lolikon), but this is beside my point.  My point is that by supporting the restriction of loli and prosecuting lolikon opens the door to further and further prosecutions, reaching broader and broader spectrums of individuals.  After the lolikon, a fringe group, other fringe groups may be prosecuted.  Furries, gays, and metrosexuals may be next.  After that, those with far-reaching political extremism will be taken.  Then less and less extremist groups will be prosecuted until everyone has the same way of thinking.  Evidence for this argument is offered by examination of the history of the counterculture movement of the 1960s.  In the 1960s the Cold War broke out.  During this time, The US and Russia engaged in an arms race to try to intimidate and outproduce each other.  Massive resources were required, and the support of the people was needed.  The government of both sides implemented varying degrees of propaganda dissemination and oppression of opposition to try to control the political winds.  From this rose a powerful opposition movement in the US:  the countercultural movement.  This movement supported free speech, civil rights, and the advocation of the poor.  These things, however, were considered somewhat dangerous by the US is left unchecked.  Needless to say, the countercultural movement was in need of checking, and withstood a barrage of constant government propaganda, disinformation attacks, and the fanaticism of the public at the time against all who stood against the official line.  The main players in the counterculture movement were college age students and a great deal of artists.  These intellectuals eventually won over the accusations of the government, which claimed that they were "Communist" in their support of free speech and "Soviet Sympathyzers" by trying to speak for civil liberties.  This lead to sweeping legislation that gave way to civil rights for many minorities and women.  Time has passed since then, however.  Views have changed.  We have lost some ground in civil liberties.  Society has become excessively litigous, distrust of other people has become the norm, and we have become isolated.  We shelter ourselves from truth by reading quick one-line rebuttals and hear and see things the way we want to without having to think.  The old ways of thinking may not be blatant any longer, but are evident in certain facts, like how there are no longer any female lead singers in rock bands anymore.  Or the fact that wages have not increased significantly in comparison to inflation.  It's my opinion that we are heading down a path, albeit slowly that will end like George Orwell's 1984.  I pray that I'm wrong, but if I'm not, than I won't stand idly by while we take another step, no matter how small towards that end.
