okay according to the law it is legal to have sex with someone who is 4 or less years difference otherwise it is not legally considered consentual(both parties are equal when having sexual contact) though if thaqt person is under the age of 18 you do still need prior parental permission to have sexual contact. i recommend you get writen permission incase they change thier minds afterwords.
on to another fact about this stuff, the law states that it is illegal to make, have, or distribute pictures of real children. it does not state anything about drawn pictures. the reason behind this is that the pictures of real children have victims in it and drawings do not. i will state that i believe that drawn lolikon should stay legal for many reasons. i will say that i have sexually assaulted a child in my life time, i do regret doing it to a great deal, and have already done the time and everything for it i went to therapy on probation and did jail. i turned myself in. and for those who think that the victim said something first.... no i did. i personally find that viewing lolikon drawings is a way for me to redirect my sexual desires. and i to this day have never thought of molesting assaulting or viewing any real children at all because of lolikon. it is for me and for many fellow child molesters, we find it a good way to stay cleaner than what we used to do. so in conclusion lolikon is a child rape and child porn preventer. and that is why i believe that what many of the states trying to make lolikon illegal is a really bad idea. becuase those who like lolikon will have no way to direct their sexual desires, and therefor will go out and either molest a child or go and find some child pornography, which in turn creates more victims instead of keeping the children a little safer from pedophiles such as myself.
