Upgrading the !imageboards list IRC

Here's the list that shows up when you type !imageboards in my IRC channel.

some are down. dunno if they are DOWNFOREVER or just not working today...wanna make it better. reccomend and tell me which ones don't work.

basically, help me compile me a new list.
