It depends on what you like / hate about 4chan. It doesn't really matter if there are sites better than 4chan because you don't have enough time to waste on both, and you're already here.

yeah but WAKAchan's content lacks and the site/sites is overly rather confusing since depending where you are you may be linked to different places then you would be someplace else, or you may be linked to a dead link, they have to work on cordinating all the sties that are linked together

Yes, there is such thing. It's called freenet. The reason why discussions there are mostly on the level is that it requires some effort in order to get it running and that filters out all the trolls & co.

I'm presuming 'shit' is an anagram or some crappy 'japlish', given that no one is stupid enough to reply with a single word, but you never know. Maybe it stands for 'Such Highly Intelligent Thinking!!!'.
I'd probably use Freenet if its range of topics/boards was bigger ie it has a manga/anime board. But seeing as it doesn't, it's not really of any interest to me, but thanks for the recommendation anyway.
Speaking personally though, for me Freenet is too 'niche', so its not very useful.
