Nintendo are too slow to react to genuine industry innovations and progressions, like DRM, Always Online DRM, Full Price Second-hand games, blocking used games, On Disc DLC, TV on a console, No backward compatibility, No Digital download compatibility and those disgusting policies of no ports without new content.

CNET: Speaking of watching movies and TV, Netflix on the Xbox 360 has always required a paid, Xbox Live Gold subscription. No other hardware makers with streaming boxes are doing this. Are there any plans to change that with the Xbox One?

People hardly complain about this. Why?
And you have to pay Microsoft to use internet explorer after buying a Microsoft product.

My tv, laptop, iphone, ipad, wii, wii u, 3ds and blu-ray player all have Netflix apps. I don't pay for Xbox Live to watch Netflix. However, I don't know why I pay for Xbox Live at all these days.
