These games were ahead of their time. Unfortunately Nintendo hasn't innovated at all since then. In fact, half of the games on this list were rip-offs of other games of that Arcade-era.

"Balloon Fight" was a shameless rip-off of "Joust".
"Donkey Kong" was a rip-off of "Popeye".
"Pokemon" was a rip-off of "Earthbound"
