Because it's a bottom of the barrel game. I've played my fair share of weeb RPG's, but even in Japan, Neptunia and their developer are considered "kusoge", shit games with little redeeming features with pandering designs and plot. Not to mention that there have been coordinated spamming of Neptunia threads on /v/.
