Dreamcast [and discussion of the year 1999]

What were you playing in 1999? Did you have a Dreamcast? Did you have some other console? Oh, and any specific fond memories in particular?

The Dreamcast is amazing I have 3 that are all vroken with the the same problem. They work perfectly with the exception that the controllers don't work at all. Heartbreaking stuff.
But I remember staying up from 8pm till 8am questing and chatting with people on PSO and playing Sonic Adventure 2 for the first time. Recent memories include playing 2 player games of Armada with my housemate for HOURS I think last time we started at around 9pm or something and with a break for ordering take-away and toilet breaks we played untill 2am the next day (technically 2 days later)
