So what do you think of this hollywood takeover on the videogame industry?
Do you think its a good thing in the long run?
Should the companies you know and love have some sort of face or personality to address their fans with?
Does social media help or hurt companies appearance towards their supporters?
I personally feel theres a war going on with long time fans and new age company policies. It seems like old fans are being openly foward about what they think a game's direction should go in order to be successful but companies are riding on the 'entitlement' bus in retaliation.
That being said companies are lashing out not only towards other competitors but now disgruntled fans telling them theyre the ones who make games dont question our talent.
DLC seems to have cheapen a lot of well known brands long running series as they feel to stay afloat they need to space out how much money they should take in with each game release but when you see results from the callofduty audience your hands get tied on their own
