Alright you niggers who don't know how to use a proxy.

1. Go to spys.ru, if you can't translate it or read it go google the english version

2. Choose a fucking proxy

3. Go to your internet options from your browser or control panel

4. Go to the connections tab and open lan settings

5. Click proxy server, fill the boxes with proxy you found, click ok

Tadah, you can try to browse /v/ if your proxy works.
