Want to give a character an original feeling 'second wind' kind of move.
You must input the move while being knocked back with less than 20% health. It costs meter. Once the input has been executed the character cannot be KO'd in the same combo.
Successful execution results in a special landing animation, portrait cut-in, and all that super move jazz. You now deal more .5 more damage and take no chip damage for the duration of the match.
