Where do we go from here?

With all the advancements in video games technology today and considering how simple of an idea minecraft is, and how well it has succeded, where is the future of gaming headed? Like, the ps3 and 360 have pushed the limits for home consoles and the pc gaming community is finally been overtaken by them. Will the ps4 or next xbox creation be able to do much more? Can video game graphics get much better? I think being creative and creating something like minecraft is more the way were headed. And is motion gaming the next big thing? kinect and wii and ps3 move? Does the future of gaming lie in a world of no controllers and 3D every where? Or are these just fads, and sooner or later they'll stop and gaming will prusue another era. Hmmm, these are just some of the thoughts I ponder late at night, playing old video games on my hacked ps3. I wish they would go back to making the games like they use to, but more innovative because they have the technology to improve them. Why can't final fantasy still have the same feel as it did on the nintendo and snes? I still believe that a well done game, meaning that its idea is original, its story is original, it is written well, the characters are done well, and it chalanges you makes the game what it is. graphics are a complete second. A great game is timeless! When companies put out new games and shit every year and nothing really changes then that's not a good game. So what else is there for gaming now? These companies know they have to make money every year so they need to be able to make a new looking, better game each year too. Its the same system they're playing the games on, so they know they're limits already. The question is, have they reached those limits yet? And can it really be improved much more? Or is the next big thing for gaming to be all social media connected and for the social networking, gaming and really any other media device to be all linked into one home system?

Don't change these.
