In IMOQ I went out with Blackrose and Mistral most of the time :)
I started playing G.U. a week ago when I got the ISOs. (Someone seed that shit for the sake of other PAL residents who never got that game)

IMOQ - Varied. Usually Elk or Wiseman as my healer, and Moonstone, Sanjuro, or Gardenia as my second DPS.
I need to play GU. I think I want to replay IMOQ before I do though. Is it worth throwing together an action replay or something to deal with the grindan? Can anyone point me in the right direction for that?

Only in the third game, after you increased affection to max, Female characters + Endrance have Weddings, and Male Characters + Natsume have Bro-ends.
You only get one card though, so you generally use it, watch the scenes and then re-load your game as it is not mandatory to progress.

The rate can be seen as a colored circle next to the character when you are choosing which one you want in your party, it goes from red, to blue, to pink to gold... I think, the more it increases small circles start rotating around the big one.
The card is given you when you beat the game, just like that.
She is an special character recruitable only after beating the main story, so there is no actual "relation" developed between her and Haseo, she actually mentions how jelly she is that Pyros got to save Za warudo twice.
She actually has an ending similar to Azure Kite/Balmung/Orca
