I played a game years ago and I wanna play it again. But I forgot the name and google isn't helping me.

It's a game where you spawn a squad of soldiers and give them an objective (walk to a flag or evade enemies) and they have a few seconds to reach that goal. The game then uses evolution to see which guys are the best and use their "minds" for the next generation. After training the squad you can let them fight against other squads.
