why do you think PSN is down?
Maybe because some hacker, whose name i won't say, hacked his ps3 and shown the world how to do it. Obviously, Sony filed a lawsuit against that hacker.
And in return a group of hackers, originating from a certain site whose name i won't say either, launched an attack on Sony and stealing account- and CC-information (definitely a great way to use your skills *Hu-hummm*).

The only thing i believe Sony has done wrong is keeping it quiet that they were hacked for a couple of days.

Sorry for GeoHot, but he had the lawsuit comming and you'd have to be pretty stupid to believe he can do that without consequences.
