I find that the religious disclaimer at the beginning of the game is phony. The game is an insult to Jewish people as it says the miracles in their faith are due to some machine rather than God. The same for Christians in terms of the miracles of Jesus. It paints Muslims as murdering assassins. The spiritual or religious consultants were not in the Credits that I could see.

I think this game is an insult to everyone of any faith. It is atheist propaganda.

Contrary to what many ignorant people think the Assassins are not Muslims. Altair, Ezio, and the rest of the Assassins are atheists, practical materialist, and humanists. They believe every "miracle" in the history of humanity is attributable to some mechanical apple.

While they don't say it openly the "reason" for the assassinations in the game is because the targets have "too much faith".

The Assassins believe that "God(s)" is really just a primitive term for aliens who created Adam and Eve in Eden which was not a garden but an advanced city.

This game is repulsive and offensive. Nonetheless I applaud it for some of its detail and gameplay. It is rare that you see games like this from a non-Japanese developer.

Face it, Ubisoft wanted to do a game that SUPPORTED the muslims who kill people they hate, Christians and Jews. The whole reason for the Crusades was the fact the Muslims were conquering and murdering people during their earlier reigns of terror. A lot of bad guys who hate America, Christians and Jews, and the success thereof want to see the side of the enemy and humanize terrorists, religious murders and the like, simply to equalize evil behavior against America for whatever perceived crimes they've committed.
This was a game company trying to make a series that humanizes the train of thought that sent nut balls into the Pentagon and World Trade Center because they can't accept the idea of America, Christians and Jews fighting someone in real life being considered "the good guys" in a conflict.
Make no mistake, Ubisoft was equating islam with people they murder. There are people like that in this world, very dark, evil people. They will support any evil in the world as long as it somehow gives them something to hold onto to dismiss something they hate because it is good and they are not.
Too WORDS I know, but it's part of the reason crap like this, and sympathetic movies, television shows and the like are made- you know the types, the ones where "OMG OUR SOLDIERS MURDER LITTLE BROWN SKIN BABIES AND KILL BABIES AND EAT BABIES AND POO ON BABIES AND THEN RAPE THEM AND THEN BRING THEM BACK TO LIFE AND RAPE THEM AGAIN SO WE ARE THE EVIL."
