I got Minecraft (Alpha) yesterday. I played for a few hours. I made a castle, a dungeon, and a house. I realized that's pretty much what the entire game was. It's like Legos, but slower and you can kill stuff. If you're thinking about getting it, the free version is almost exactly the same. The weapons/enemies don't really add anything to the game. Don't waste 9.95 Euros on it.

There was this guy who got called a RAPIST for not being a furry in the official fur chat thread, and they banned him for talking back to them. The mod actually explained himself on that one: "There is no doubt in my mind that he's a rapist." and then he starts to make shit up and misquoting him. Notch approved Curses fine work shortly afterward. I'm not sure what Notch has against non-furries and adults, but I'm not sure what he's doing with a human woman girlfriend.
