How about some Dungeon Keeper II from the good old days? In this pretty unknown Bullfrog game you are the bad guy taking on the good guys. Pretty decent RTS with great graphics, run in 16-bit 1995 compatibility mode for best results.

Which one? You should be able to save to desktop (or shortcut it) go to the .exe (or shortcut) right click and select properties and then 'run as' mode or some such thing.
