TF2 Halp

Each time I try running Team Fortress 2, I get a window that says:

"Failed to load the launcher DLL:

The specified procedure could not be found."

Any idea how to fix this?

Try reinstalling it

Re-installing it is your best bet, but check with the steam support FAQ first, they usually have most of the common tech issues answered.
