OK so I bought Flatout 2: Ultimate Carnage the other day off Steam and basically it has now decided to not work. I'd thought I'd come here because I'd hope some of might have/are having the same problem.
I load the game and it comes up with an options screen (mainly screen size, etc.). I click OK and then a box appears saying that the game is not working blahblahblah and it closes down. I managed to play the game the night before it started doing this and had no problems.
I have tried a range of options to fix it (previous threads on the issue from a range of forums are no help.
Coincidentally, my MSN is now not logging in as well (Flatout uses a Windows Live tag). When I try to log in I get an "80070005" error (again other threads are no help).
Can anyone help me/suggest anything that might work that I have mis looked?
