Epic Mickey: Grimdark Game?

I come from /v/ or whats left of it.
ANYWAY, There has been a mayor upheaval on the internets because of this leaked project called Epic Mickey. A supposed dark and twisted version of Disneyworld's characters and universe where the older cartoons and rides, leaded by Oswald the rabbit (Walt Disney's First character ever), emerge from the dark void of forgotten cartoons and corrupt everything and everyone with black ink and paint thinner, resulting in a really explicit, macabre shadow of its former self. Wii exclusive confirmed/negated/corrobored over various vidya news sites, and still just concept art and little information leaked so far. What do you guys think? im actually thinking it will be a good game.

Seems as though there really isn't that much to discuss, once you get away from arguments about viral marketing that is.

Thos board kinda sucks...

What other obscure characters do you think might be in it?

I'm hoping that they don't give Mickey a voice.
Hell, I hope they don't give anyone a voice. The toony Disney voices would just ruin the atmosphere.
Also they need Chernabog, regardless that he was in Kingdom Hearts.

However, if Disney and Spector could pull of a -good- silent protagonist AND silent antagonist relationship through only visual storytelling I think I would cum gallons.

I'd accept Oswald's voice, because they could make it amazing seeing as how he's never been voiced before iirc so they can do whatever they want with it.
That, and I want Phantom Blot voiced.

i think oswald should remain silent, after all, he's from the era of silent cartoons. phantom blot should have some deep disturbing voice, has if he's talking while drowning on ink at the same time
