1990s PC game involving dolphins

I'm trying to remember what this PC game is,it's a 3rd person adventure game. you start off in your apartment, as a human character, and you need a keypass to get out the door, later the game involves a dolphin iirc you play as the dolphin, or something. In the last level you have to remove spears from a giant killer whale.
Please help, I played it when i was like 5 years old, (1994) i suppose.
