Free Enterprise Postal Mode

There is a game called "Free Enterprise." The game has a feature in it called "Postal Mode" where an employees' mood gets so highly stressed for a long period of time that he starts to wing people with a gun. I have owned this game for a long time, have played it a lot and I have not been able to get an employee to go postal. Here is a link to the game download:
