rpg w/ bowser monster?

Hi, /games/.
Admittedly, I'm a /p/hag, so nice to meet you all and everything - but I need to find out what the fuck RPG this is.
Get this: the only clue I've got is that it has a monster that looks almost fucking identical to Bowser in it. Yes, Bowser.
It apparently has epic strength, but I can't give you any numbers. :(

Sorry about the vagueness, guys. It'd be fucking awesome if any of you have got a clue about this, though.
