Dead Space: Rent or Buy

I'm low on cash and my hype level is over the roof so why not rent it? I don't see any reason I should go through more than two playthroughs considering it's so linear. I've done 8 playthroughs for HL2 but that was because of SMOD and the large environments filled with secrets. Both have groundbreaking, entertaining gameplay which really increases replay value. Should I buy it?

i haven't seen any thing about Dead Space to really think about buying it. give it a few more weeks i say and then decide.
