I haven't got either of these and have enough to buy one. Which should I buy?

I'd get The Orange Box. It has more value for money thanks to TF2. Also, I didn't like Bioshock. The setting was awesome but the actual shooting was shit (weapons/magic sucks, enemies suck).

Orange Box. Half-Life 2 + episodes is over 10 hours of good gaming, Portal is the best 2 hours of your life and TF2 is awesome in general.

Gah, 2 of my favourite games. I'd choose the Orange Box. Really, though, you should get both.
Also, Team Fortress is only worthwhile on the PC.

Speaking of Portal, I was tweaking the resolution to a widescreen format when something went horribly wrong. Even un/reinstalling doesn't help. Is the problem that I'm using Ubuntu/Wine instead of real Windows?

Get Orange Box, TF2 is a decent game if you haven't played played other fortress mods so don't know what your missing. (PC only)
TF2 used to be good. Now it's just full of 10 year olds who go as Pyro, Heavy, or any class that just spams shots everywhere instead of using any measure of skill or intelligence. Finding spies who aren't retards is next to impossbile these days, just a bunch of kids disguising as the same class, in the same spot all the time.

Orange Box.
Bioshock is repetitive and boring. After the first hour or so you have seen all it has to offer. It does have amazing voice acting and a brilliant story, but so does HL and you get three of those for the price of one Bioshock.
