What control set do you use on xbox/360

Just got into a discussion with my mate about FPS's and which control set makes the most sense on xbox and why games should have them.

So please reply with the control set you use and a short desc on why you use it.

(games can be any FPS from Halo,COD,BF2,etc)

In Halo 3 I use Green Thumb because it has the fastest melee attack without preventing you from doing melee attacks while dual wielding. Bumper Jumper is okay too, but the default sucks and Boxer prevents you from meleeing while dual wielding unless you hit Y first.
