Wii Woes

Hello all, I have a Actiontec GT704WGV Verizon DSL wireless router and the Nintendo website lists it as incompatible with the Wii internet. Basically I have terrible connection issues. Is their a way I can hook up a second router for the Wii? I have tried using an ethernet switch, but still had the same problems, I have tried using the wired ethernet adapter and that still had the same result, any suggestions?

OP, get a linksys WRTG54, flash the firmware with dd-wrt third party stuff, and turn the second router into a repeater of the first router's signal. If you wanted to get really fancy, you could isolate the repeating router and then leave it without a password for easy DS/PSP/laptop connections.
