i dont have much info on it but there arent many games like this one so im sure it wont be difficult to narrow down.
its a third person shooter, where your character has a jetpack throughout the entire game and im pretty certain the front of the game box has a black skull&crossbones in the center over a brown/sand colored backround
it came out around 98-99. as i remember it looked fairly similar to Shadows of the Empire for n64.
Anybody know what the name is?
