Hey everyone -
I've had my original DS Lite since it was released on the market, and the warranty is long since past. Since a few of my buttons are starting to give out on me, I'm electing to replace it with a refurbished DS Lite unit that Nintendo offers at a discount to out-of-warranty users. However, there's a catch - I want to change the color I have to a black DS Lite.
My question is this: Has anyone tried this option, and if so, what accessories or parts are included with this refurbished unit? The product page says that the unit does not include the 'stylus, Gamepak cover, AC Adapter, etc.'
I'm under the impression (It's that damn 'etc' that's got me confused) that I'll need to purchase a new stylus and Gamepak/GBA Slot cover in the color I want to switch to. However, I'm not sure if I need to purchase a new battery and battery cover. Is the battery and battery cover included with the refurbished DS Lite I will be sent?
