I'm looking for the best Playstation PC controller or PS-to-PC adapter so I can use the controller with ePSXe.

Logitech controllers are so cheap you might as well get one instead of dicking about with an adapter that might or might not introduce noticeable lag. The Rumblepad ones are pretty much USB dual shocks with a slightly different D-pad style. Durability is pretty suck, but they're cheap enough I don't much care, as they're still preferable to anything similar I've tried. Saitek ones are also reputed to be ok, but I've not used them.

I own the Logitech Dual Action gamepad and it sucks. The D-Pad is responsive at all and often picks up the wrong direction.
