I'm going to start publishing 2D games with a console feel for the PC, like Cave Story, Tohou shooters or going back further, Apogee games like Raptor. Let me know what kinds of console games you want to see on PC, especially genres you need to resort to an emulator to use.

I liked the Grandia series. Though only the first one used 2D sprites... on a 3D background...
Atelier Iris 2 was sort of similar in the combat system but was fully 2D.
Maybe a turn based strategy RPG like Final Fantasy Tactics or Summon Night.
