i once thought ocarina of time was the best, but after playing and beating it 9001 times it just gets boring and you start realizing that the story behind it was pretty shitty. could'nt really expect anything else for a game from '98 but the gameplay is amazing.

IMHO, A Link to the Past is way better than both Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask. As for OP's question, I think it's impossible to say which game is the best, but A Link to the Past is certainly one of them.
