Hey OP, if winning at a game isnt the most important thing for you, then what is? Do you mean you enjoy playing to fool around? Do you think that you wont have fun if you go full force into a game and try your very hardest to win? You should try to pick up a skill based game like a fighter or rts and invest a month or two into learning the depth and intricacies of the game. Treat it as you would imagine a professional athlete treats a sport; practice a lot. When you get the opportunity and confidence, enter a tournament and see how far you get. If you are as young as the person in the picture, you can probably invest a large portion of your day to becoming truly skilled at the game. I think the only thing holding you back is your mind set; here is a great article written by a professional Street fighter player who discusses the very essence of game theory and competition. It is worth your time to read.
