guitar hero?

I have played this game a few timees at my cousin's house and I loved it. But it brings up this question: What do people who can really play guitar think of this game?

I thought it was fun as fuck. I play guitar, so I was beating my friend who couldn't play guitar and actually owned the game.

I play guitar. i cant play guitar hero for shit. Its compleatly different!!! theres no way that playing real guitar can affect how well you play hero, i think its shit.

I play guitar, and I think it is very fun. They aren't anything in the same, and the only help you will get is for making your fingers faster and stretching them, but even that doesn't help because you will have to actually place the fingers on more than one string on a guitar.

thinks about it, 5 buttons and a strum key, HOW THE FUCK is that anyway like a real guitar! its like fucking DDR thats not dancing! so c'mon...Really?

Guitar Hero and Guitar are TOTALLY different, you can't compare them. My friend has played guitar for 12 years, I crush him on Gutiar Hero on expert songs.

That's a pretty good way to describe guitar hero. I've been playing real guitars for ages and guitar hero bares little resemblance to using a real one. But that still doesn't make the game any less fun.
