Yeah...broke my cinematics disc on accident.

Anyway I can get the info on the disc or the entire game itself or something?

I don't want to buy a whole new copy just for one disc...

Thats too bad, i guess you could *borrow* the disk of your friends if they have it. Otherwise if you cant find it on the internet go buy the game and sell the cd key? idk if its worth it but hey im not the one with a broken cinematics disk. BTW; howd you break it ? ive never accidentally broke a disk in my life?

Obtain the following file (no help from me on where):

d2video.mpq
441697807 bytes
e27c1da83f4c567f005858cc0fe38683 md5

and copy it to your main d2 folder.  after that you'll never be asked for the cinematics disk, and you'll be able to watch cinematics whenever you want

My dad knocked a chair over on my Baldur's Gate 2 case it broke like 2 of the discs, but he bought me a new one.

1.-insert one disc on a cd drive with another disk on it

If any of you guys have bad disks ( not broken, i.e. cracks ) that are heavily scratched then whatever you do dont throw them away, in the case of (reply 7) take your disk down to your local video store ( you know the places where you hire vedios ) ask them to clean your disk ( they will charge a small fee $2-4? ) and what they will do is restore your disk.
HOW THE DISK CLEANER WORKS - the disk clearner pretty much files away the top layer of your disc, the side that faces down when you place your disk in a tray, and in effect levels the disk so that all the scratches are ground away, leaving you with a shiny new scratch free disk.

It may interest you to know that my diablo 2 cinamatic disk is attached from a tree by a string in my garden. Its purpose is to scare away squirrels from my vegitable patch. Im not even joking.
