Hmm, I thought you could get it standalone, I've heard someone say they use it in their game design classes and it didn't come with a game but just a simple base.

It wants you to delete your system 32 folder

The actual cause of this is your multiple core processor, the way they calculate time is slightly different.

I don't know how to fix this issue only the cause. It shouldn't be too hard to do some research and fix it now.
Maybe there is a patch?
