need 360 parental control override

i just got a used 360, but i don't know the code to take off parental control.

I know it, but I'm not telling. ^__^

Parental Control Override Code:
Go to Settings
Highlight Parental Control
When the screen pops up that says Enter Pass Code press: X, Y, Left Trigger, X
You'll be taken to the parental controls screen where you can disable the password previously entered

the problem is, i have no settings menu, only a "system" menu, and no parental control menu, only "family settins"
what the fuck, am i doin' it wrong, or is the internet just fucking with me?

listen, retards, i've got the code, i just don't know(or have) the proper place to input it, all i need is someone to interpret the directions of the fucking code goddamnit.

create your own gamer tag and delete the old one, if your over 18, say so when you create the new one, and if not, lie. If you really really really need to keep this used (not yours) gamer tag, then go to the system blade (far right) then go one down to family settings, then go to console controls, and select turn off family settings. Still, creating your own would be easier.
