Fancia failures

hi, i have downloaded the game (i think...) and it seems to me that it wont let me play because of a error i can't fix. the reason why i cant fix this is the language its in is unknown to me.

any ideas because if you do that would be cool.
is there a program i need or something to alteast have it in jp? maybe english?
