Help me with oblivion cheat

I downloaded oblivion/shivering isles for pc and im stuck at one part because of a glitch or something... In the mages guild recommendations for leyawiin i have to give the amulet to dagail. One problem... no matter how i talk to her she doesnt take the amulet and its pissing me off guides say theres supposed to be an option seers stone with her and theres not with me... I've tried to cheat to get past this quest i cant get the cheats to really work though

can someone give me the exact cheat code to complete the leyawiin recommendation quest or join the mages guild quest
