What this is: It's basically a pyramid, which I usually hate and delete right away. But this one is actually pretty easy. The website link below takes you to a website where you open a free account (no credit card information required). This website consists of "Offers" from other websites (i.e. Netflix, Blockbuster, Stamps.com, etc.) The offers do require credit card information, but if you only choose the offers with free trials it is never charged. You must complete one Offer yourself to be eligible for the X-Box 360 Elite (or $480 cash). The other step to getting the free X-Box 360 Elite is to refer 10 other people (by use of a link given to you through your account) to do the same thing. That's it.
